We at kofiie Malaysia think that specialty coffee shouldn't only be for people who are proficient in coffee language to understand, but rather specialty coffee should be made for everyone to understand.
This is as coffee language such as terms like "single origin" or "arabica" is used, it's hard for everyone expect for those who are well versed in coffee to understand. This is why we simplified the coffee language used into "everyday" words that you normally hear and can relate to.
Instead of using terms such as confusing country origin, we used terms that you are familiar with which is "classic". A term that you know represents sometime that is timely and can be well accepted by everyone.
We chose to use "Classic" for the recent range that we have introduced due to the coffee being balanced in taste and has a medium coffee intensity which fits everyone's coffee drinking preference. And should you prefer a lighter cup of coffee, more hot water can be added to dilute the coffee ground, and if you prefer a more concentrated cup of coffee, all you have to do is add lesser hot water into the drip bags.
